Die-Cutting Machine
Function:
Used for the continuous die-cutting and single-step forming of core materials.

Three-Tier Drying Tunnel

Drying moisture from core materials

Bagging Machine
Function:
Used for bagging core materials.

Accommodates core material dimensions up to 1900 x 800 x 100 mm. Product pallets and parameter settings are determined based on specific dimensions. Production cycle time: 20 seconds per cycle.
Vacuum Packaging Machine
Function:
Used for the vacuum packaging of core materials.
Technical Parameters:
Effective sealing width up to 1850 mm; sealing element utilizes a 15–20 mm wide nickel-chromium alloy heating wire; chamber static pressure rise rate ≤ 5 Pa/h.
Roller Press
Function:
Used to groove and flatten products after bag sealing.
Technical Specifications:
The grooving rollers are interchangeable to accommodate specific product requirements. The flattening section is equipped with four rollers made of A3 steel with a 10mm rubber coating; they feature a diameter of 180mm and a width of 1200mm, capable of handling a pressing thickness exceeding 35mm.
Long-Side Folding Machine
Function:
Automatically applies adhesive and folds the long edge of the product after bag sealing.

Hot-Melt Adhesive Applicator
Function:
Applies hot-melt adhesive to products after bag sealing.
